It truly was a glimpse into the future of gaming right on your SNES. Hard to believe its been 30 years since this came out. Players will now be able to land attacks better when they use fable arts that consume three or more slots.Using a Brook Wingman to play this with a Series X controller on original SNES hardware - just sublime. It was faaaar more than HP nerfs to the harder bosses lol. Successfully performing the Fable Art 'Guard Parry' will now break the monster's stance Players will now be able to land attacks better when they use fable arts that consume three or more slots. Decreased the weight of Amulets that could be purchased with Boss Ergo Players will now be able to carry more weight for each point spent on Capacity Adjusted the required amount of gold coins to reset the character's level, P-Organ, and Legion Arms Characters created after this patch will now receive 8 Gold Coin Fruits instead of 5 for their first harvest Added the feature to reset the character's level, P-Organ, and Legion Arms at the 'Gold Coin Tree' System Changes Related to the Character Progression Reset Increased the chance to break the stance of 'Simon Manus, Awakened God'" Decreased the damage of 'Simon Manus, Awakened God' Decreased the HP of 'Simon Manus, Arm of God' Decreased the HP of 'King of Puppets' in the first phase Decreased the HP of 'Fallen Archbishop Andreus' Increased the Ergo rewards of certain monsters that appear after Lorenzini Arcade" Decreased the drop rate of Star Fragments Increased the drop rate of Moonstone type items Increased the chance of breaking some monsters' stance and the frequency of staggerĭecrease the HP of all 3 types of Dimensional Butterflies Decreased the HP of certain field monsters All their whining did was make the game less challenging for the players who enjoy the genre and now I don’t see a point in a NG+ to play a gimped version of the game.Ĭlick to expand. It was faaaar more than HP nerfs to the harder bosses lol. The people who blow ass at these games need to pipe down, use a specter, or move on. Specter was busted pre nerf from what I saw and now is a walking unit of shit fisting. Game could use a co op mode for those who need that feature. Otherwise I just wish it had more bosses since fromsoft games tend to have more meat on their bones. The only true major complaint on this game is the camera can go fucked on some bigger bosses. It’s 100% skill issue shit from people who inherently suck ass at these games and fail to adapt at all. People with issues never mastered parrying, suck at parrying, suck at dodging, refused to create a fun and busted weapon combo, then proceed to bash the game for made up shit to call it cheap or unfair. Game is pretty easy compared to fromsoft titles, and that was pre nerf. Most complaints have been one user in here and that’s it. If you can't still get out of it but are far enough, the damage will be way less but will apply a knockback. You just run awaym as soon as you see the light effects in the floor that's the big hand above. I was about to kill him twice if not for that cheap shit. Hell, I kill his first phase with his randomly unpaced swings easily now, but his second phase feelis like there's a RNG that decides whether the parry or dodge you did was valid or not "just because". But Nameless? That shit is undodgeable, unparryable, I do after, before, at the moment, I'm always being hit, I don't know what else to do with him. I'm actually pretty good at parrying in the game, you know, I went through all the game parrying every boss, I don't parry complaints because they've always been that risky imo. Completely bullshit and consciously designed. Manus also had a VERY CHEAP hitbox in his arm attack, he swung his arm and I always parried in the forearm, not even in the arm or weapon. I'm on that and I swear by all gods in the motherfucking olimpus that the hitbox his attacks are bigger than the visual representation, I parried some attacks and trailing behind was the sword.
